Bank holiday weekend meant the Carrick 10's tournament for the Ladies of Belfast Harlequins RFC. For the second year in a row the Harlequins Ladies reached the cup final but unfortunately fell once again at this hurdle to a young Queens side. Harlequins had the dominance in the forwards but the quick queens backs made the absence of the two international backs for Harlequins a major factor in the cup final game. We were priviledged to have been there to support the girls. Check out the sports coaching page to see highlights of the 2012 Carrick 10's.
This bank holiday will also see our video crew out at UUC RFC's exiles weekend where past graduates come back to play the current 1st and 2nd XV. We hope to video the day and evening festivities and the highlights will be available soon.
